This recipe is only three ingredients, so it is super easy and a perfect food that you can prepare for the week ahead. One of the most challenging things for me was finding side dishes during the Whole30, and these can be paired with pretty much anything. You could even buy a 10lb bag of potatoes, and make them all into fries! There is no judgment here 🙂 Even though this is a very simplistic recipe, they taste like French fries at a restaurant! The air fryer makes them really crispy, and the garlic salt adds the perfect flavor. If you want, you could always add more spices as well.
- Garlic Salt
- Olive Oil
- Cut the potatoes into French fry shape; each are about 3/4 inches thick.
- I put all of the cut potatoes in a large container with garlic salt and olive oil. I then put the lid on and shake it to make sure the garlic salt and olive oil get on all of the potatoes.
- You can fill to the top of the air fryer basket; each round takes 30 minutes at 400ºF.
I love this recipe, and would eat these with pretty much any meal. I really hope you enjoy these!
